Juvenile Law

We represent children in all types of juvenile delinquency proceedings, including cases ranging from drug and alcohol possession to arson and sex offenses. In addition to providing a vigorous defense to delinquency charges, we take a holistic approach to delinquency cases, which can include obtaining diagnoses and treatment of psychological disorders and addictions that contribute to delinquency, helping parents improve their supervision of their children, and demonstrating those improvements to the court.

We also represent minors who have becomes wards of the court and minors whose parents are unable to care for them.
